Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receiving them. In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  • The order must be complete, with all parts and components intact, and the packaging must be in its original condition as received.
  • The product must have been handled normally; products damaged by negligent handling are excluded.
  • Products for which hygiene is important must have been properly cleaned before starting the return process.
  • The product was found to be defective immediately after receipt.
  • We reserve the right to charge shipping fees to the customer.
  • A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially accepted within this timeframe.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, you will need to follow these steps to initiate the return process:

  • Send an email to: info@theprestonedit.com
  • Ensure the email contains the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return request
    • Photo of the product in case of breakage
    • First and last name of the customer
    • Customer’s address
  • We will then contact you and provide the return address. Never send the item back to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you have contacted us. You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please also refer to our size guide before placing your order to ensure you choose the correct size and avoid any confusion.

Right of Withdrawal:

The consumer has the right to withdraw under the following provisions if the consumer is a natural person concluding a legal contract for purposes not related to their commercial or professional activities:

A. Cancellation Conditions

Right of Cancellation:
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, has received or accepted the last goods. As we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, and a refund is not possible upon receipt of the products. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (The Preston Edit) by a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Withdrawal will be effective as soon as we have received the products. Return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

Shipments in Transit:
Since our products are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times that are beyond our control. If the products are already in transit, cancellation is not possible. Please wait for the products to arrive and then return them. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance. To ensure a swift return, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.

Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges (unless for additional fees due to choosing a delivery method other than the standard least expensive option we offer), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received your withdrawal notice and the products. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
